Founders Story
We didn't plan this. It just made sense.
We go back to 2015. Before KLIMB, before agencies, before anyone called us founders â we were two guys freelancing together when "collective" wasn't even a word people used.
We built our first company, Bonne Mine, as a laboratory for everything we didn't know yet. We made every mistake in the book. Learned fast, shipped faster, and somehow sold the business to Windoo in 2018.
Then we went our separate ways. LĂ©naĂŻc became Head of Product at SportEasy. Michael went through DigitalRecruiters, Spendesk, and Ordercast â from PM to Website Lead to CMO.
In November 2023, Michael launched KLIMB with a simple conviction: ambitious companies deserve a branding partner that actually delivers â no fluff, no overhead, just sharp work.
Almost a year later, the growth made it obvious. This couldn't stay a one-person show. LĂ©naĂŻc joined as co-founder and Client Director.
Same trust, same standards, different superpowers.
Today we're a team of almost 15 â designers, strategists, developers, and project leads â building brands for scale-ups and challenger companies across Europe and beyond. And we're just getting started.
