Google Analytics is configured with IP anonymization enabled (anonymize_ip) and data sharing with Google is disabled. Data retention is set to 14 months maximum.

Marketing cookies
KLIMB GROUP does not currently use marketing or advertising cookies on goklimb.com. If this changes, this policy will be updated and your consent will be requested before any such cookies are placed.
03 — Third-Party Services
goklimb.com may embed content from third-party services such as YouTube (video), Calendly (meeting scheduling), or Typeform (forms). These services may set their own cookies when you interact with their content. KLIMB GROUP does not control these third-party cookies.

04 — Your Consent
In accordance with CNIL guidelines (deliberation No. 2020-091 of September 17, 2020), non-essential cookies are only placed on your device after you have given your explicit, free, specific, informed, and unambiguous consent through the cookie consent banner displayed on your first visit.
Refusing cookies is as simple as accepting them. The "Refuse all" option is presented with equal prominence to "Accept all" on the cookie banner, as required by CNIL guidelines.

Refusing non-essential cookies does not affect your ability to browse goklimb.com. Core functionality will remain fully available.
KLIMB GROUP retains proof of your consent (or refusal) for a maximum of 13 months, in accordance with CNIL recommendations. This proof is stored by the Consent Management Platform (CMP) used on goklimb.com and can be produced in the event of a CNIL audit.
05 — Cookie Retention
In accordance with CNIL recommendations, cookies placed on your device expire no later than 13 months after their initial deposit. Your consent preferences are stored for 6 months. After this period, the cookie banner will be displayed again for you to renew or modify your choices.
Session cookies are automatically deleted when you close your browser.
