Bright isn’t just a conference. It’s where LumApps brings together the brightest voices in Employee Experience to share insights, challenge assumptions, and drive meaningful change. In 2025, LumApps expanded the experience in both Paris and Chicago to set the tone for what Bright could become: a branded platform that connects content, community, and vision across markets. KLIMB designed a complete identity for Bright, as if building a standalone brand - from visual language to digital presence, on-site experience to post-event rollout. The result: an event that speaks with its own voice, while fully reflecting LumApps’ ambition.

Brand Identity Creation Developed a full brand system for Bright, including logo, graphic codes, color palette, and tone of voice - designed to live independently while remaining connected to the LumApps ecosystem. Design of Digital & Physical Assets Produced all creative materials for the event: on-site signage, motion graphics, print assets, speaker visuals, and digital templates. Event Website Design Designed and launched the Bright website, structured to present the agenda, showcase speakers and roundtables, and manage registrations across cities. Post-Event Rollout Created and deployed post-event assets to extend the experience beyond the event - including a recap, content highlights, and a waiting list for upcoming editions.
